About Mercaux

Founded in 2015, Mercaux's Omnichannel Store Platform empowers retailers to deliver exceptional shopping experiences, both in-store and remotely.

Leveraging Mercaux’s Universal Baskets concept, customers are able to start their shopping journey in one channel (in-store, online or remotely), pick it up in another, and complete checkout wherever, and however, they want. This unique omnichannel shopping experience means that retailers see improvements to customer satisfaction levels (LTV), bigger baskets (UPT), improvements to omnichannel conversion, and sales.

A single app for store associates offers Assisted Selling, Clienteling, Next Gen POS, advanced fulfilment capabilities, and Remote Selling. Self-service customer solutions include Progressive Web Apps, Digital Fitting Rooms and Self-Checkout. These work to enhance a customer’s entire in-store path-to-purchase, from product discovery and personalisation, all the way through to the end of their path-to-purchase and beyond. When clients like Jigsaw, River Island, Tendam, and Alshaya adopt digital tools in their stores, they see an increase in conversion, loyalty and units per transaction (UPT). On average they experience a sales uplift of 5-9% and 8-10x ROI, as well as 20% of time saved for salespeople.

The MACH-certified modular platform allows for flexible transformation at the retailer's pace - starting with Clienteling and Endless Aisle, or replacing legacy POS. Additional modules, such as Digital Fitting Rooms and Remote Selling, can be easily added.
