NO native App download is needed here as access is obtained by simply scanning a QR code displayed upon entering the store. Customers can use the App's Scan & Search functionality to bring up product descriptions, size availability (in-store, in another store or online) and cross-selling suggestions. Integration with a retailer’s payment provider allows customers to build and basket and pay.
Self-Service Kiosk
Touch screen kiosks display the endless aisle of products for customers to scan a barcode to access rich product information and omnichannel availability, or browse the catalogue to find the perfect product. Customers can request the help of a Store Associate, or build a basket and complete a transaction with payment integration.
Digital Fitting Room
Connect customers in the fitting room with rich product information and Store Associates on the shop floor. Customers scan a barcode to reveal recommendations for complementary products or alternatives and request these to be brought to the fitting room.
